"I'm Beautiful" by Bette Midler is a great song to work out to (not to be mixed up w/ Christina Aguilera's song, "Beautiful").

I am totally an 80's chick and think it would be great to get an 80's pop list with like Cyndi Lauper, Duran Duran, etc. and like an 80's hair metal list, with Motley Crue, Warrant, etc. That would really be awesome!

"Get Ur Freak On" is best if you use the remix on the Tomb Raider soundtrack.
Two other good songs are "Pump It" by the Black Eyed Peas and "Fergilicious" by Fergie. Otherwise a pretty good list already although there are some songs on there that I have never heard of.

"LOVE IS GONE" by David Guetta is PERFECT for a great workout; it gets you going from the start and throughout the song the switchup on beats makes you want to keep going and going and going...
