if you are a good nutritionist, How can you advocate the use of microwaves and coolwhip?

How can she advocate a microwave etc.? Get real. If you have a craving, you're not going to take the time to bake, cook, drag out the mixer and whip up some cream etc. The only thing is, a real chocoholic (like me)knows fruit or jello won't satisfy the craving!

I don't really care for chocolate that much & there are lots of others that feel the same way too.

lol - some good ideas - not very original with the cool-whip sugar free jello, but the baked apple in the microwave is good. However, didn't address at all chocolate options for those who truly crave chocolate. One thing I've found is making low fat brownie recipe and mixing all bran with it - baking and then eating - filling, healthy (all that fiber!), and still chocolate. I sometimes will throw in a little extra cocoa powder to rev up the chocolate flavor without really adding the calories.

omplete bulls*%t!
I don't want an apple or a NICE whipped topping...I'd like chocolate. Deceiving video that was. To whom did she think she was speaking to? Most definitely not a chocoholic.
From one choco to another...try grocery store bought hot chocolate in the fat free version and add a Splenda and some boiling water. 25 calories and ohhh so satisfying. Also, the Hershey's dark chocolate 75 calorie sticks; great as well. Five dark chocolate Hershey kisses and suck them slowly. Best of all, and back to that ladies whipped topping she's so excited about...get fat free chocolate gram crackers. Break one brick in half and put fat free cool whip in between. Wrap it in cellophane, and pop it in the freezer. It's just like a ice cream sandwich and is around 75 calories.
Good luck ladies...and don't get discouraged by Ms. Apple and Whipped Topping.

It might seem weird to some but when I eat a lot of fruit it seems that my cravings for chocolate seem to disappear. I also read somewhere that with some people there so called "wires" get crossed and that what appears to be a craving for chocolate may just really be a need for more fruit in the diet. Just something to think about.
