New Site Highlights!

In Diet, you'll find all of your menu choices laid out weekly or by the day. Your ingredients and recipes are found right alongside the menu for each day and meal, which means no more scrolling down and searching for this information. The "change meal" function has been improved and all occurs within the same window, and you can print individual recipes right from the main page as well!
In Fitness, you'll find that your workouts are now comprised of cycles. Each cycle is 3 weeks in duration. You'll get a different workout for each day of the week, that is repeated for 3 consecutive weeks. There are Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced programs, and all become more challenging in each subsequent 3-week cycle and as one progresses from level to level. The new design of the plan allows you to get accustomed to an exercise and to strive for progression (weight or repetition increase), and is one of the best ways for you to see gains in your level of fitness!
In Community, we have enhanced our Mentor Program to make better matches between Mentors and Apprentices! We have a new Support Board system with some features such as online status, private messaging and enhanced search capabilities, which will make it easier for you to connect with your friends and fellow dieters online!
