Make a fresh fruit salad with any combination of pineappple, grapes, pitted cherries, pineapple, bananas, blueberries and rasberries; freeze in zip lock bags.
Smack on a counter to separate and eat right out of the bag. Or add to a blender with some yogurt for a healthy shake. Totally natural and healthy.

The cereal bars--Special K, Curves--come in chocolatey flavors and have 90 or 100 cals each, respectively.
Fruit salad with honey-lime and mint dressing (1/4 cup lime juice, 1 tsp honey & chopped fresh mint to taste).
If you MUST have candy...The Whitman's Weight Watchers line is pretty good and they are about 50 cals per piece.
