If you've suddenly been hit with a busy schedule or just need something quick, I have the Bent Knee Pushup for your home workout. Check out this fitness video.
The Bent Knee Pushup home workout is simple, quick and absolutely effective. No hour-long sessions in the gym or long bouts of cardio, and no dreading the thought of exercise. Just a realistic alternative to all the noise in the world of fitness that makes us hate exercising. No anatomy lessons today, simply something you can do in your living room or office. The only weight you'll need is your own body.
This Bent Knee Pushup exercise will take about 5 minutes or less. Yep, you're reading correctly -- just 5 minutes. You can do them 3-4 times per week. Your entire body will be stimulated, and you'll feel rejuvenated without all the added stress of having to go to the gym.

Regarding the article, "the big soy debate" your information is inaccurate. You grouped soy in one category and minimized the positive results when in fact there is another category of soy and that is fermented soy. It's fermented soy that doesn't have the trypson inhibitors and therefore has a positive effect on the body. Soy, such as tofu or soy milk is actually not good for you alone as a meal since the trypson inhibitors prevent you from absorbing essential nutrients. When eating soy, don't make it the entree, combine it with other foods to be sure you're getting everything you need.

I have achieved what apears to be long term success...
I started the eDiets GI Diet in January. I have lost 45 pounds and have kept the weight off for 5 months now.
Reason: I have transitioned to a healthy eating & exercise lifestyle and I love it!
Why: Repitition from the eDiets plan, I love the foods that I have learned to prepare and eat, and I am continually motivated to continue my exercise. I know what foods to avoid and don't really have any temptations.
Suggestion: Read the article, pick a plan, the plans are easy to stick to, and know that if you stay the course that you will change your lifestyle with no regrets..... The compliments from those around me still continue to motivate me... I feel GREAT!!!!!

Because I have had knee replacement, I cannot kneel. Do you have any alternate excercises that do not require kneeling?
