Exercise, yes. It is really important that we are physically active in some way, but it is more than that. Our portion sizes and quality of food are just as important. I live in a community with a lot of seniors and have found that those living well into old age eat smaller portions of less processed foods and incorporate exercise into their daily life: walking the dog, gardening, hobbies that keep them physically active or their hands busy so their mouths are not. You can learn a lot from them.
