Good news for everyone who wants ice cream: You can have it, but you must do your homework first. Thanks to the Prevention magazine article "The Scoop On Low-Fat Ice Cream," it has never been easier to buy ice cream. You no longer have to sprint past the ice cream section of your supermarket. You can stroll along and enjoy picking out your favorite treat. I don't know about you, but I am enjoying summer this year.
