Your blood is boiling! Summer heat? No, it's the traffic jam!

So you've been sitting in traffic for an hour. You're hungry, and the cookie that got stuck in between the seats a few days ago is starting to look pretty good... Cars in front of you are finally moving and then the genius in the red car cuts you off! Grrrr... If you're anything like me, this is not going to be a good day for Mr. Red Car.

From honking, to tailgating, to actually getting hit, things are getting pretty bad on our streets. If you're trying to keep your blood pressure in check during a traffic jam, here are a few tips that can help you simmer down behind the wheel.
